We were visiting Flathead Lake area and the check engine light came on our truck after a drive back from Swan Lake. We are not familiar with the area so we felt a lot of anxiety not knowing who to turn to. I did some research and I found Car Services Ronan Auto Repair. They were very helpful over the phone and assured me that they could do the necessary work on the truck. I dropped the truck off when they opened and they were able to fix the problem that day. Thank you to Chad and to the whole team for making our experience very reassuring. Your honesty and professionalism are top notch and much appreciated. Anyone reading this review, I cannot say enough good things about this business. If you ever need service on your vehicle in the Polson- Ronan area Car Services Ronan Auto Repair is the place to go!!!

I was visiting from out of state when I experienced issues with my vehicle. CAR Services proved to be an excellent choice. The highly ethical treatment I experienced with both service and pricing was exceptional. I rarely leave an auto repair shop feeling like the bill was SMALLER than it should have been.

Excellent service. We were driving on the highway when the coolant alert came on for our RENTAL car. We looked up the closest auto shop and CAR services popped up. The front desk personnel was incredibly assuring and helpful. They took us without appointment, let us sit and enjoy their reception room. After no more than an hour, the same front desk staff reviewed with us all the evaluation tools, fixes and other procedures that were performed and even provided a contact to hand off to the rental agency in case of any questions. We sat in the lobby watching Open Season while they test drove and made sure the car didn’t have any more issues. If you need a car shop in a pinch don’t look any further than CAR services.

Car Services is an excellent choice for your repair needs quick friendly service. Knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommend. I was out of town and they took care of my repairs.

Big shoutout to Care Services in Ronan! We had an issue with our truck while towing an RV—right after completing a 30-hour drive from New Jersey. The timing couldn’t have been worse, but thanks to Chad’s quick response and incredible expertise, we were back on track. This place will rip you off

CAR Services did a pre-purchase inspection for us, helped us spot significant, inconspicuous engine oil leak, and saved us from potential big headaches. The staff was great in accommodating our scheduling requests especially as we were coming from out of town. We were able to speak to the owner Chad and the technician Peti and they were knowledgeable, professional and fair in presenting the inspection results. You just sensed they cared about people and they cared about doing a good, honest job. Thank you and I appreciate you! (Good to be welcomed by their cool cat too!)

Tried to come in and get my brakes changed. I called and asked the girl working there what the procedure is and if I can stay there with my dogs and wait. First answer was that I leave my car there for a day while parts come, then the second answer was I can come get my car after a few hours. Horrible condescending hostile attitude from that woman and I still don't know what the procedure is. Maybe get someone that can communicate better? I'll take my money to a blessed place not someone who gets mad ar ME because I asked 3 questions

This is an outstanding auto repair shop! Honest, thorough - very high quality and friendly personnel. I was able to speak directly to a mechanic, who was patient and great about explaining the issues with my car. They even quote me a somewhat high price for diagnostic check BUT ended up pro-rating it down a ton! Service took way less time than expected — I was relieved and pleased. AND, this was the second shop I went to for the same problem and these guys FIXED it! I have to admit what has happened to my car was my fault — a Gatorade bottle had fallen and trapped under my seat. It dislodged intermittently the electrical harness. I was having all sorts of problems but was either quote high prices or told nothing was wrong by OTHER folks. These guys really did a good search and figured out the problem! Yes, I am embarrassed but they were matter-of-fact about it, decent, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!!

...10/25 I hit somethong with my Prius and something was dragging. I took it to Car Services, they put it up on the rack. The piece was taken off and no charge!! Great service every time Pat Jackson

I had a cylinder bust just outside of Ronan. Called and they were able to get me in and take a look, unsure of whether or not they had some time. Chad was able to get my car fixed and me back on the road in under an hour! I am so thankful for them!

10/10 recommend!!! We recently purchased a truck and needed to get it checked out. We also brought in another vehicle we'd had for a while to get an overall check as well. We used their website to book an appointment, got a call shortly afterwards to confirm our appointment. We were able to get it in the next day which we were pleasantly surprised by. They performed a vehicle inspection, let us know which areas were of concern and even provided photos to show us exactly what was wrong! We were impressed by their work ethic and honesty. We currently have a truck in the shop getting worked on and we know that it's 100% in good hands. Car Services is the only place we'll be bringing our vehicles to from here on out.

Excellent service Text and email details of repairs Quality work at a fair price . In prep for a 2500 mile trip I had them inspect the vehicle and routine service...change transmission fluid and new serpentine belt.

I was buying a vehicle from down the road. I called and they got me in immediately and preformed a complete vehicle inspection. I could not believe the customer service and the feeling that they actually cared. Great place, if I lived closer they would absolutely have my business.

As a young woman I am sometimes skeptical of who I take my car to because I often am not respected as much as my dad would be. However, CAR services listened to what I had to say and didn’t add or push anything on me. They fixed what I needed done and did a courtesy inspection. I had such a good experience and will definitely be going back!

Best shop around! I've been doing business with Chad for years and he always been the best. Honest and straightforward. Doesn't hide anything or try to fix something that isn't broken. And if he does mess up he'll stand behind it! Would highly recommend him for all auto services and repairs.

Honest and helpful in the mechanics side towards customer and car care, they are trustworthy!
